Yes - I did. I wondered if there was anything I had done to cause it like maybe it was that second cup of coffee or the cold medicine I took before I knew I was pregnant, or the argument my husband and I had ------on and on. I knew deep down inside that these things happen all the time for no explainable reason - but I still dwelled on what I might have done. I know it doesn't help much - but try to think about the fact that in the vast majority of miscarriages - it is nature's way of dealing with a faulty pregnancy or fetus. There is rarely anything we can do to change things. I am sorry for your loss.

Of course you will feel blame and or regret, I say go through the emotions, go ahead and have a good cry and write your anger in a journal to release, its also a good way to mourn a loss, but you shouldnt dwell too long, find a way to make peace, hopefully this will help you. I read that in cases a fetus is not born and aborted by spontaneous abortion, its just simply that the fetus was not suppose to be born for whatever reasons we will never know, it had nothing to do with you, we cannot stop the natural process of whats suppose to be. You will feel better...

You should go see your OBGYN. They need to check you to make sure everything came out and that you are ok. They will also help you deal with the emotional issues that go with it.
This happened to me I was only 2 months into it and didn't even know it until it happened ( I didn't miss any periods) but I felt so guilty for a long time after wards. But it wasn't my fault and its not yours either, Miscarriages happen all the time.
Talk to friends, Talk to family, and talk to your doctor to help you get through this difficult time.

Yes, it is a normal response to feel regret and figure out what you did wrong. There may be a reason you find, but most cases will not show anything yu did wrong.

Yes, completely normal. You are grieving, so that is why you are having these feelings. Maybe you could talk to a counselor about your feelings. I am very sorry for your loss.

Normal feeling. I didn't have an abortion but had a miscarriage and you described the same feelings I had.

I believe it is called post partum depression, and yes, it is quite normal. Surround yourself with loving friends and family. It will get better, so hang in there!
