Not possible if there is no gravity, however presumably gravitational force between the two men is allowed, in which case yes.
All bodies with mass would have some kind of interaction, however the effect would depend on the distance between, the mass and speed of the objects.
There is a strange phenomenem in night-clubs where several fat man may actually orbit skinny women!, this is not a gravitational force, but one of false hope!.

Bit rusty on my physics, but will give it a shot...is something to do with the relation of the two masses; has to be a certain ratio to achieve the effect of gravity upon another object, with the largest object at least creating a force of 2g in its natural state (the force required, at least on earth, to pull objects onto the surface- normal gravity). With the fat man, would probably mean maintaing a spinning velocity of several many mph, though without figures cannot say -experiment on tv the other day with similar question. This theoretically would make him have a natural field of gravity, holding anything that was loose to him down. any object placed the correct distance from the whirling dirvish of mr glandular disorder would then be caught in his gravity...though technically if a fat man and a skinny man where in a vacuum together, they would both be turned inside out as there would be no forces acting upon their bodies to contain their fluids, structure etc. just have a nice zero g mess.

Not in the area of zero gravity which you posit. There would be no force of attraction to keep them together. However, no such area exists where there are bodies having any mass, so yes, it should be possible.
In real-world conditions there is an analogous situation, that of the light, indeed nearly weightless bimbo orbiting about the fat millionaire. The satellite body usually flies off, however, if zero money conditions start to apply.

The constant of gravity is 6.7E-11. So if the distance between the two men is, say, two meters and the fat man weighs 100 kg, the centripetal acceleration becomes 6.7E-11 * 100 / 2^2 = 3.4E-9 ms^(-2)
Since the centripetal acceleration is F=r*omega^2, if r=2 m and F=3.4E-9, omega=4E-5 radians per second.
So it would take the thin man 2*pi/4E-5 = 154000 seconds to orbit the fat man, or about 43 hours.
But unless the thin man is realy, realy thin, the correct solution is to consider it a two-boddy problem, and they will rotate around their common center of gravity rather than around the fat man. So my calculation is slightly inaccurate.

It is more possible for a fat man to orbit a skinny woman. The attraction isn't gravity but it is much more likely to happen.

Unfortunately, the attraction of both men to the Earth would outweigh any gravitational attraction between these two men. The frictional forces would interfere.
Unless of course, the skinny man were attracted to the fat man in some other manner that had nothing to do with gravity...

In a sense yes, as with the answer above the skinny man would have to be orbiting very slowly and also would have to be very close as the fat mans escape velocity would be very small. in the order of a couple of cm a day

Oh, boo hoo! Yup. Men lose weight faster because they don't have a lot of body fat like women do. They have more muscle and burn fat aster while women have more body fat for babies. Women are suppose to have more body fat than men do. That's why you're fatter than him. Women will ALWAYS be fatter than men, no matter what size. Why complain? You should be blessed with thunder thighs! That attracts men. I LOVE thunder thighs on woman. Mmmm, sexy. Stop crying and get over it! Men will ALWAYS be skinnier than women and that's a fact. Men rule!

the only way is if they pick up a fight and the fat man catches the skinny man.
I'm joking for the ratio of the two masses are not in proper ratio.
