I'm my own boss, but I have a manager who I wish could help me more. I used to be a supervisor - HATED it, but my staff didn't know I hated it. It's so nice to NOT have a boss, but I need to be a little stricter on my only employee: myself.

I have a Boss, who also happens to be my father. It has it's pros and cons. At least I get to work from home, so he's not breathing down my neck!

well the person who owns the place where i work is my boss. i work alone, so im the employee, the manager, the accountant, and the janitor -- all in one.
