its called epiditimis you need to see a doctor its on infection in the ball sac if not treated you could end up having it removed.

Could be anything from a simple irritation to a cyst to testicular cancer. You should see your doctor if it's really been several days and it's swollen.

I agree, its epydidimitis and very uncomfortable. Sometimes its difficult to know how to position it, dressed or in bed. You need to see doctor for examination and likely get an antibiotic.
It will take several months to cure, be patient
