Best would be Le Cirque or Picasso both at Bellagio and both have a 5 star / 5 diamond rating. So until some of Wynn's restaurants get rated those two will be the best.

Guy Savoy at Caesars is the highest quality. Bradley Ogden at Caesars, Picasso at Bellagio and Alex at Wynn are all excellent and well worth a visit.

Definetly "Olives" at the Bellagio hotel. It overlooks the pond with the water show. Get a reservation and ask for the patio seats outside it is amazing.
Great atmosphere, and the food is super. They do have a web site I think you can get to it by going through the Bellagio's site.

I have been to a lot of them, Sea food Aqua, Belligo, Steak, I know that everone says Prime but I like Charie Pamer in the 4 seasons, Maydaly bay, they are the same building.
they are my fav. and dont forget the Hard rock rest. with the 7.77, you have to order it off the menu, it is $7.77 and you get a steak and shrimp, and mashed. a really good deal
