I think they're still working on dual-layer RW disks and drives that will record them. The disks won't be much use to you unless you have a drive that supports them. I couldn't find any drives that support DL-RW disks.

you can get them at all big electronic & computer shops all around india.if ou want to order them online you could order them at ebay.co.in . dont spend more than 4000 on a dvd burner. i am surprised you didnt find it anywhere.better a sony or an lg one.had pleasure in answering your question
