My advice is to tell her what you feel, face to face...it's harder, but it has a bigger value - trust me! If it's not possible, write to her and tell her that you are impressed by her intelligence - girls love to hear that boys don't consider them as being only "dolls" with nothing inside their heads. Tell her that you've never met anyone like her, that you like talking to her, that you only feel good when she's around...you know, stuff like that...you could also tell her that she's pretty, but don't mention anything about her body, it may be too early and you'll scare her:) just say nice things about her eyes, like "I could spend a whole life just looking into your eyes"...use your imagination! hope I've been helpful and good luck with the girl you've chosen;)

you could tell her that she's pretty or smart or nice or anything good about just as long as your the one saying it.
