I have a sleeveless black dress with white and teal ovalish circles and a braclet I made and the skirt is a little above my knee and since it's a lowcut top I have a lacy white tank top underneath.

Sounds nice. Why not add black, teal, or white strappy heels, or slides?
You could also add earrings that coordinate colorwise, maybe flowery ones? Or silvery hoops?
A lightweight shawl and you're ready to have fun.

Don't wear black if it's a summer dance it has 2 b like a sundress or sumthing like that. Black might slim yur figure but a sleevless dress that's flowy will make all the guys drop 2 their knees when they ask u 2 dance. Trust me!!! =D
