It should be in your printer preferences... Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes. Right click on the printer and look around. It should be something like scaling, or text size.
Do the usual computer maintenance - virus and spy-ware scans, defrag your computer.
Although it may be just as simple as restarting your computer... it's amazing how many glitches that fixes.
If you're using Internet Explorer / MSN Explorer I'd recommend you try a much better alternative - Firefox.
Internet Explorer is big, slow, insecure and very out of date.
Firefox is sleek, fast, more secure, up to date, customizable... in fact, with just one add-on (free) you'll be seeing the internet practically ad free.
Firefox will copy your bookmarks over, so the move over is very fast.

Unplug ur printer and then Install newly the driver of printer after the uninstallation of printer driver
