I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. Your best bet is to see an ear candling expert this treatment is excellent for nasal problems. Over the counter drugs are useless they only make the problem worse. You have to cure the cause NOT the symptom. I treat some of my patients with this method and it works.

A combination of nettle leaf, eyebright and elderflower work wonders. The nettle has a protein that binds to histamines and carries them out of the body. The eyebright clears out the sinuses and the elderflower soothes the mucous membranes. Try to find Eclectic brand Nasal Support Capsules...they work very well.
