I was told that you should buy new bras every 6 months, I was just wondering if that is true or if you can keep them longer?

I would change regular bras every six months. Victoria's Secret are really good with wear and tear though and can last longer.
Also it helps if you get a bra mesh bag to put them in when you wash clothes so that the hooks don't mess up.

that depends on the type and especially the brand of the bra. there's really no rule to when you should change bras. some may even last more than 6 months or even more than a year. if you bought a good bra, then it may last long, maybe even years before it gets damaged. use it until then.

I have found if I buy a cheaper bra it will only last 6 months. But my Victoria secret bras last longer than that.
They will lose their shape faster if it's not the proper size. Also letting them dry flat will help maintain their shape

well it all depends. my mom and i keep ours depending on if they are still cumfy and also keep the ones that arent broke yet. caz why spend money on new bras when u still have perfectly bras that are in shape? so throw away the old old old ones and the ones that are broken. and also keep the ones that arent broken. and if u want some new bras might i recomend calvin clein. reallyy good brand =)

I buy bras any day, anywhere, anytime..I have kinda passion for them so...Hard for me to tell...
