normally the chemical company can supply you with imformation sheets and the bottles they come in are coded colours .you need a chart displaying the chemicals used and the colur bottles thye are used in example .
Blue =for tables and worktops
green=windows
brown=ovens
I worked in catering and the chemical store had advise on chemicals and the squeezy bottles had the corresponding colours on them so you knew what went where and what was used.
hope this helped abit.

I agree with Nutty Girl.

Ive used Ecolab and CCL in the past and found them both very helpful with staff training and cleaning regime information.

CCL's were the chemicals ( TFC4 - you beauty!) but Ecolab were cheaper.

NuttyGirl is correct, the Chemical bottles tend to be precoded by the supplier, and they can provide a premade chart.
