How do you not get angry at someone so annoying? Or how do you stop them?

My friend at work keeps actin' girly, asks to many obvious questions(ex. Why is this so blue?). I tell him to stop in a kind way. (My way of kind is really different.) But he get's worse, he starts to cuss randomly through the halls. Me and all my business buddies (14) are annoyed at him. But we don't wanna hurt his feelings. (He gets emo).

he is stressed. either work or family relationships are bugging him. Find out what the real problem is, this is just a symptom. An open question - how are things at home - might work, when you are somewhere private and he can answer.
