For intelligent beings education is universal.
None of us are born with enough knowledge to function in society.
First we must learn the rules of our society, then learn functional things about our environment and lastly how to bring the first two together.
That we could be born with enough knowledge to function in society would mean that our society could only advance at the rate of evolution, but cultures do not act like that as knowledge accumulates, change in the amount of knowledge accelerates.

Education is the tool to get and acquired the key,s to the Universal acknowledge, and the Universal Intelligence if you please., there is a Universal Logic, though how bad do you which to talk about God?, Education is a practical thing, that many confuse with acknowledge., can you acknowledge something, to become a part or a portion of your own knowledge?, yes!, and you can also acknowledge something that can educate your self, taste, senses, and way's to present you self to others. . Knowledge isn't Universal, Acknowledge is, knowledge of good senses we have, may be?, Intelligence is Universal. good manner is education, for some isn't logical to be Educated in Art's, in letter's, in math, in phisical education. Education is the broader spectrum of what is Logical to God, useful to man. A logical individual will not learn by merely practical means, he will despise then, though it will appeared that he is practical, as well than experience doesn't means that such individual has learn only by practice. practice isn't logical for a human being, to accept as the only way of learning to improved. thou we can educate our self's practically every second of the day, just by observation and respect. for others and for our own self, if you think, until it hurt, for God that is Logical, and you will be rewarded. that is way there are ethics to be learn? isn't practical for man's to create universes, thou logic can become the tool for many to improved not just our own personal world, and personal Universe, but also to improved the material World. From this point Education should be Universal, thou isn't Logical, this isn't logical thou its all Literal.

Knowledge could be passed down through genes. Hence education is not universal. Some animals give birth to babies and leaves them on their own. But then again, define universal in the context of this question.

Where are all these answers coming from? No, education is far from universal. Experiential learning and use of common sense adapted to a particular environment are far more widespread than the concept of "universal education".

formal education is not sad to say not even in USA there are those who are not learning but in education it self every one does have a type one way or other
