It could be pressure on the nerves. I get numb legs sometimes, depending on the type of chair I sit in - hard chairs tend to set off the numbness, soft ones don't.

You are compressing nerves. You might consider a special cushion or chair to relieve the pressure.

it due to poor circulation or lack of circulation due too sitting too long. I would try standing a few minutes or stretching when you can to help with this.

me too got numbess on my right leg . but after i go regular jogging , it get better . may be u can try .
