Quit trying to always defend yourself and start being honest.

Aggressive behavior often comes from a feeling that you believe no one gives you the RIGHT to speak your mind. You are entitled to say what you want in a calm, dignified manner... if it is honest, you own it, and the right to express yourself within it... TACTFULLY

All the things you feel you need to say that you don't, will therefore build-up and you then come to NEED the aggression to be ABLE to spit them out, making you a classic passive/ agressive bridge burner. I have been one for YEARS!

Smart people never lose their temper. They know that the minute they do, they lose and you win.

"Sometimes, when you win, you lose." What dreams may come.

You need to learn to count to a million before you go out the door by ones .1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 all the way to a million .THIS will hopefully spare the rest of us from your bitter and hatefull attitudes .

You need to mature. Try realizing that we can't change situations but we can control how we react to them. The world is a frustrating place for all of us. Before you lash out put yourself in the other guy's shoes and deal with him as you would want to be treated yourself.

Count to ten, take deep breaths, close your eyes and think. Then put on a smile and try to answer as calmly as you possibly can and in the sweetest manner possible.

"Anger is an energy" Johnny Rotten ex Sex Pistols recons. All you have to do is channel it in a different direction. Easier said than done!

Perhaps, you need to go to counseling and discover what is at the root of your anger. Or maybe, write to Dr. Phil and see what happens.
