causes can be multiple...
one cause - too much sleep
another cause - lack of sugar
there are also others which i would call sleeping disorder....
best is that you go see a doctor and get really professional help.
hopefully there is a doctor who spot your question and answer you.

Too much sleep can make you more tired. Try a healthier diet and only 7 hours of sleep a night. If you still feel tired after that you might want to consider changing beds?
