in the early fifties I remember a movie on tv that depicted a family?

living room with a playpen in the middle of the floor. a child with an enlarged (encephalic?) head was in the playpen. does anyone have a clue to what this movie was?

Sorry not a clue . There weren't many made for T.V. movies then, being a new thing in are house I didn't watch much T.V.
