If this is an assignment you are supposed to be doing, here are a few steps you can take to get your thought processes going.
1) jot down, at random, some of the things you like best about school.
2) on another page, jot down the things you don't like about school.
3) compare the two, and see which of the items on the 'don't like' list can be changed to the 'like' list, and how those changes can be brought about.
4) make up an imaginary school. Think about the layout and design of the school, what special things it should include. What the school grounds should look like. How the teachers should behave.

Now incorporate these ideas into your essay.

In a students point of view, Write about how you would like the class room to look, like colors, decorations, etc. How would you like your school lunches to be. You could say like have a pizza hut, or taco bell. Your favorite restraunt. Talk about dress code, if you have one talk about how being able to express your self will help you do better in school instead of being worried about how you have to dress. Talk about certain classes you wish your school offered. Maybe your school does not have certain sports or clubs you wish they had. Talk about the time you wish school started or ended. You can talk about field trips that would be fun.
