Will these paints have a problem when hot water goes through them in winter?

no problems i have and had cast iron radiators in almost all my homes in ne. pa. since the early 60's,most of which were painted with a rustoleum paint in a spray or brush type,and alot where painted black or silver an occasional cream or white color ,most of them last about 5 years before you may need a touchup.

well, if the water is going through the paint definitely u will have problems, if not depends on how hot it will get. They do sell paint that is made for hot temperatures, but water will ruin the paint over period of time. Most likely less then a year.

rustoleum is made for out door use,so i don't think hot water would hurt it,it tuff after it drys.
