You're supposed to go to the toilet after sex. Urine contains ammonia, which is your body's natural chemical to make sure the outside genital area is clean after sex. It also relieves the inner passages around the kidneys/bladder etc which are tenser during sex, and ensures you don't get infections/cystitis.

I once had an anatomy teacher tell my class that women often have to pee after sex becuase the body realizes there are foreign materials in your vagina and naturally want to flush the foreign materials (i.e. ejaculate) out and cleanse the vagina with urine. Don't know if it was true becuase he was wrong sometimes lol but thats what he said.

I believe that it is very natural as while having intercourse there are a lot of areas being stimulated. Just is a sign saying things were good. In my experiences anyway.
