Im writing a book i dont know if im going to get it published or if im going to ever finish it but i need a scary title that has not been used for any other books.My book is about some mad-man goes on the lose and starts killing people and stuff like that im only 14 but i really want to do something with my spare time !!

I would recommend finishing the book first :)
A good title is important, but its one of those things that if you agonize over it will just taunt you out of reach. Focus on the story and the perfect title will hit you eventually!

What about "The coiled spring"? Not scary, so much as full of suspense.

that was a title of one of mine before i trashed half of it for a sci fi then trashed it again..
