They are so good looking because they are God's chosen people. Anyway, God didn't choose them because they are good looking....He's not shallow and good looks aren't mandatory for people to enter through Heaven's gates.
But I highly suspect that Jews were God's chosen people because His heart goes out to them...He was able to foresee all the idiotic people making fun of Jews.
