For some reason something is keeping her there, maybe it is love. If she is in love, then the money should not be an issue and as far as the sex maybe they are waiting until they are married (or maybe they are having sex now) What does it matter if a person has dentures or not it is the person inside that matters.
She will make the best decision for herself as to if this is the right guy or not and if she can deal with his flaws.

as long as their not gonna get married or have things together in her name.. she should be straight.. she's w/him for a reason!! why don't u ask her what that reason is..
second that's his debt not hers.. hope ur friend is not stupid enough to take on someone elses debt or problem like that..
