Hey I hit level 3 today as well... It was realy cool. My computer lit up like athe nothern lights and angels sang and a swedish model showed up in my office with beer and a crown and named me master of the universe...
Uh, well, actually nothing happened... I was sorely disappointed and have since crawled under my desk to sulk. Congrats though
