I have tried everything to get videos. I clicked on "launch my video player." Still no luck. Everything cut

cuts off and on. Can anyone out there help me to get videos without them cutting off and on. I know NOTHING about the computer, so make it simple. Thanks.

It could be your connection. I wonder what speed you are are on. Could you give more detail on what you mean by "Cuts off and on"?
