Phaltzgraf used to make a special cleaner for
cleaning their china. I had the all white Heritage pattern of theirs about 12 years ago, and it was
the only thing that would keep plates clean. You could contact them to see if the cleaner is still made.

Da black, grey color marks- it is hard 2 remove from white dinner plates. U av 2 liv vt dat, but may b in a long run, use dey may fade up. i av 10 yr old plates like dat

You might try using comet or baking soda. You will have to sprinke it on the damp plate and use a little elbow grease.
