Fruit flies can lay eggs in your drains, anyplace with the tinyiest bit of water. If they are really bad i suggest raid natural pest spray. It has natural oils and they dont smell bad. Also put out a container of apple cider vinegar. They will land in it and drowned.I was a bartender and thats how we got rid of em!

Plz hang da fruit fly catcher. It's a glue trap, n hang it over whr u c more flys flyin around. dat's da 1-ly way. No chemicals, sprays. Safe 2 handle. But make sure u don't touch da tape as it's vry sticky n hard 2 get away.

Keep your potatoes sealed, and rinse all canned food cans before throwing them away. You might also try Fabreeze.

Do you have indoor plants. If so, you may have fungus gnats. They lay their eggs in the soil.
