Can having the Mirena interfere with a pregnacy test due to its hormones?

I have never missed my period while having the iud yet. It is now 4 days late. I have taken 2 pregnacy test both negitive. so just wondering if the hormones can give you a false reading.

You need to get to the doctor, ASAP. Pregnancy that occurs while any IUD is in place - well, it's not good outlook. It could be something else going on, too, so it's going to be safest just to go check out. Call your OB/GYN and explain your concern so that you can get the quickest appointment available.
