Venlo is a city in The Netherlands, though on the Dutch/German border. It has a direct railway link to Mönchengladbach and Cologne, maybe you mean either of those cities? There is a German chain of hotels called Treff in that area, and "Treff Center" or "Treff Centre" can be a name for a fitness centre, a meeting point in railway stations or even banks. So in other words: perhaps if you'd be more specific I could help.
