1.If u are not a gamer and use comp for internet office music movies ......besti choice is onboard video who can handle succesfuly those tasks.
2.If u wanna play some games too mx440 will offer better performance.

That system is a mish mosh of parts, isn't it? It seems like you have just clobbered something together. And you have four 256MB modules, I'd never recommend anyone do that. You have two SATA hard drives and an IDE drive, I'd dump the IDE drive and get some larger SATA drives. I won't even go into the processor...

Your problem here is the power supply. 280W isn't near enough to power modern GPUs, especially the high end ones. The difference between Extreme Graphics2 and a Geforce4 MX, hmmmm, well considering neither are suited for gaming, they're both pretty much crap. Seriously. The Geforce4 MX is nothing but a retooled Geforce3 with some shader support, yeah, lots of (not) power there. If you want a card for gaming then the Geforce 6600GT is your best bet (for an AGP slot). You don't have the power supply to support anything better. And unless you want to get both a power supply (500W+) and a graphics board but in that case I'd just replace everything in the system, motherboard, processor, memory and keep the hard drives, except the IDE one.
