Bananas are known for high concentration of potassium. Calcium can be found in broccoli, certain other foods and of course, dairy products. Ask your doctor for a list of foods to avoid if you are unsure.

Who told you to avoid calcium because of kidney stones?? That's not correct. Please Google and read up on it. There isn't enough room here for a thorough discussion of it, but you do NOT get kidney stones because you eat too much calcium. It's much more complicated than that.
