That would depend. In the old days prostitution would be a competiting adjunt to marriage. When you consider the cost of a piece of *** once a week vs. marriage, divorce and childsupport (20-25% of your net income). I guess that would depend on the personality.
If you're measuring just sex...then I would advocate the use of a prostitute. A good prostitute would run you $400-$1,000 a night. Now that would depend on your personality. If you garnered a weekly appointment with her then you could maybe get a volume discount ($300/week).
This by no means will guarentee you freedom from disease. You have only lessened the odds. Condoms do in fact lessen the chance of contracting a disease but it is not 100%. Any contact with body fluids (i.e pussy juice, blood, spit) can have HIV, HEP B,C non-B, Non-C etc etc... to lesser amounts, but just the same infected. So you are taking a chance to carry home more than your luggage. I am a helath professional by the way.
It looks to me that you're not looking for a partner for life and that's fine, but you do have to consider the infectious diseases issue. In the old days you could have easily gotten away with this type of lifestyle easily, but now there is a definate risk...especially for frequesn fliers. For a woman (who is the protitute in question) the risks are multiplied since they are typically the reciepient of the majority of the body fulids in question (from BJ's, vaginal and anal sex).

I think you would be better going to a bar, finding a slutty girl alone, get her drunk and see what comes of it. I'm guessing you would spend $50 max on a bar tab for her and there wouldn't be hourly rates involved. It's a much better solution then a hooker altough it's not a 100% its pretty much a shoe-in at any bar.

I'm not really sure, but you get what you pay for! I have heard that $500 for a night is not unreasonable. 250 for the agency, 250 for the girl.

it kind of depends on where you live and what you want to do
a good-old in and out, would run you between 2 and 5 hundred bucks depending on the quality of hte girl and your location
add another few hundred if you want anal or anything fancy
