it just depends on the person really and weight distribution
my younger sister and I are close to the same height and weight
but she's more top heavy than me.

Just depends on where they buy their clothes. No two brands have the same fit in the same size.

Bone structure, you know 'big-boned'. Height, also apple-shaped or pear-shaped bodies will affect the size of clothes.

a lot of the time if your shorter u seem to look stockier. also if you have bigger curves than another girl.

height has a lot to do with it, and proportion...people carry weight differently
