Priest's assistant could be a 'deacon'. Plant type could be anything!: rose, weed, vine, bulb, palm, fern, herb, tree.
Can't think of what yearly records are called! I might get back to you if i think of it. For labour: I don't know if you have said the third letter is an i or an L, so it could be: toil or help
