You might admire the view without being obvious, but I wouldn't go any further than that. She is the boss, after all.

"Dear fellow, you don't know what she is "trying" to do. Can anyone really "make" you do something (torture not included)? Admittedly, when I was a young man it seemed women could make me do many things; however, now it is unlikely for a woman to "make" me do anything. I think this is why I don't buy your delimma. Looks to me like women have a pretty good control over you, especially your boss.
In fact, your weakness is transparent in how and what you write. She is not, most likely, trying to make you do anything, but your work. It's nice to work around an attractive woman , but you really have to come down to reality with your expectations.
Your best action will be to define her motives as work-related and get on about your business ... besides she's married (that's enough reason to modify your behavior entirely)."

She is apparently quite proud of them (we are assuming here that they are larger than average) and gets validation from men checking them out.
Either that or she really wants you, something which you would definitely need to ignore.
If you need a few minutes of private time at home following the end of the workday to deal with your feelings on the subject, then no harm no foul.
