I really liked it. It was a short quick read that had a lot of meaning and a very different way of looking at the whole life after death scenario. Both of my parents just passed away so maybe it just holds more sentiment to me? Either way I thought it was a really good book and was disappointed with the movie because I felt the book was so much better. My favorite part is probably the end with the little girl. It was a bittersweet moment. I would recommend it to someone else. It's intriguing!

I did read it and it was a good book, but I expected it to be something different. I thought it was actually based on a near death experience and related who was waiting on the other side for us and why.

yep! I liked the whole book! But, I guess the carnival part was best, or maybe the military (war) scene.
