ok well there this chick at work and im a chick too and well i like her alot i dont know how she feel about me but were on a friend base at the moment and well i want more and i know she like girl so no problems there i like her to the point where ever time i see her i want to be close to her and comfit her when she sad i want her in my arms and well we hug as friends but i dont want to let go if u know wat i mean and well it sound easy just ask her out and all but here that problem my dad is lik really againest any ppl that date the same sex and well i love him so much and he would diown me and i dont want to llose him at all plus i know i could go out with and not tell him but wat if it got serioues i would have to tell him then

Love has no boundaries! If your Dad loves you, which I am sure he does, he will love you even more when he sees you happy. I have a really great girlfriend that went through the same thing...only she really didn't give a rats @ss what he thought....so she started dating this girl and after about 6 months of her father seeing her so happy he asked what was up. She told him, flat out. At first, there were some tears and disappointment but that QUICKLY dissipated (in like 20 minutes) once he realized all he ever wanted for his daughter is happiness.
Why not take this girl out to lunch on a lunch break and tell her how you feel....you might be pleasantly surprised! Good luck girl! Isn't love one confusing topic?

okay thats the thing right there you like her as much as you say you do then GO FOR IT your dad should support your ideas no matter if your straight bi or lez and if he will disown you because of that then he's not a good father like everyone says LOVE IS ABOUT LOVE NOT GENDER i think you should ask her out and if it does get serious tell your father because its your choice your love your mind.

Just go for it or maybe talk to ur dad about it again see if you can get him to understand. Then talk to the girl you like and see if she wants more than a friendship
