It may be that you have very large graphics files on it which cannot be loaded fully on the system you are using to view it. Check your cache size and empty the cache, also look at your connection speed. If you are on dialup, that may be a problem.

Even if you limit the size in the tags to show the picture as small on the web page, the browser still has to download the FULL sized graphic from the server.

go to tools and then internet options in your browser and make sure your java and other options related to pics are turned on.
