I've had a pet raccoon - monkey - turtles - all the so called normal pets.. and Elmer our Iguana.. and baby field mice.
Grandma had a pet skunk that she found when it was a tiny baby. She brought it home and caged it out back.. took care of it herself, and loved it. One morning grandma was sick, so grandpa went out there.. thing is, he had never been there before .. Now this little skunk use to run up grandmas arm and love her.. It began running up grandpas arm, when it realized it was someone new.. yep.. grandpa came in fuming with more than the scent of umm..roses .

In FHM or Maxim, they had these pictures of people in Africa with Hyenas as "pet". It was the trippiest thing I have ever seen.
