Just my opinion of course but, if you are talking about celebrities, I think it all depends on what movie or film clip they are in. I think Robbie Williams is sexy in Rock DJ, (until he starts taking his skin off.. eww). I think Nicholas Cage is sexy in Con Air, Denzel Washington is sexy, in The Bone Collector, (hell he's just sexy.. lol). Hugh Jackman is sexy as wolverine. Sorry but just put my finger on one sexy guy, they are all sexy in their own way, it can be the way they look at you, it can be a new father holding his baby. A man showing respect for his woman is also very sexy to the woman he is showing respect to.. :-)

I Suppose it depends on the age group or ethnic group you belong to, who is the sexiest to an Indian could be completely different to an Caucasian, also it is amazing how many fairly ugly people are found sexy. this could be because of the general charm which they have or excessive cash in the pocket.
In movies loads would say brad pit or Jonney deep, but younger still we have Orlando Bloom.
Currently in music Justin Timberlake dose well, but others find 50 cent floats there boat. And then Mick Jagger dose well with some women too (but Why?).
How ever I suppose the sexiest man in the world must be Hugh Hefner! I know he is really old now but how else dose he sleep with so many Playmates? being male I am just a little jealous of him!
According to a recent UK pool David Tenant (Dr who)is the sexiest man in the world
The Japanese still think David Beckham is the man.
