Lina,
A few years ago I did the same thing. You're using a cell phone as your main line and don't want to bother getting a land line because the cost just isn't worth it since your rarely at home and if you we're you always have a cell. phone.
Hooking up with a cell. phone is extremely expensive and not all that quick. I think I read one of the answers prior to posting this one and the person replied with one line (Cable). Call your local cable company, they offer ultra fast connections at a decent price. You often do not need to pay for cable TV if all you need is High-speed Internet. This will require no phone lines however the area you live in may or may not be covered. You will have to give them a call.
Good Luck

Cable Internet or HughesNet satellite. Although, not sure the satellite needs a phone or not. Satellite is also very expensive.

you can connect through your cable company or you can by using your cell phone. In that way you can connect through your cell phone provider to a satellite to get online with your computer.

u can buy airtime access through Nextel or Sprint in most areas. U will need a card which will access wireless connections and in some remote areas it wont work. Its not cheap either.

i use a data card on my laptop from 3.You have to watch your downloads if you have a restricted amount but other wise you can get unlimited for a set price..most mobile phone companies are doing them now so go and ask what they have although i think you can only get them on laptops...
