Too many entitlement programs.
Lack of border security.
Voting themselves another raise.
No cuts in spending to reduce deficit.
Lack of term limits for Congress.
Absurdly complex and unfair tax code.
To make it easier, just tell him to do the complete opposite of everything they've been doing so far.

Taxation without representation. The 16th amendment gives the same authority to collect & distribute taxes that we fought England to rid ourselves from.
Amendment XVI
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
I live in a rural community outside of Lancaster city, we used to pay a 1% Lancaster county tax, which has been raised over succesive years 70%, ONLY in a handful of small rural municipalities, not in the city. Our township doesn't get our roads paved, we dont have public water or sewer, nor municipal trash removal, you can bet that most of our taxes get sucked into the blackhole of Lancaster. I e-mailed my representative about this 3 times, & got no response. So I e-mailed him inquiring about making a campaign contribution, and I got 3 voice messages from him while I was away on vacation! Politicians suck

Ask the congressman, why a man who has worked for a company for 40 years, has a pension built up, and is failing health, cannot retire to enjoy his last few years, and claim his social security?

Call once a day with a different complaint every time. You will have more impact and be heard.

Obviously you haven't spoken to a Congressman before! They have very, very short attention spans when you are talking about anything other than fund-raising for them.
I advise limiting your comments to one (simple) matter. Try your speech out on your 7-year old first, if it holds her attention, you've got it right.
Good luck!

Ask him if it's ok to pet on the first date? I mean if they are two consenting adults.
