I had my first physical the other day, I had a female doctor and nurse during the exam I got a erection in front of them. Should I be embarassed?

I also feel that i will get erection in front of a female doc.
Bt for doctors errection in front of them is not a big thing.

Actually in females therez no long organ outside their body like a penis which is visible as erected.
they hav a small clitoris homologus to penis, which can get erected.
Bt if a male doctor will do physical exam of a girl, girl may get erection of her clitoris bt as its so small it dosn't make girls embarassed.

It's no big deal, they have seen much worse, than something that natural.
