This guy asked me one day if I could "throw it" I assume referring to my back-side. Then while i was dancing with this dude at the club his friends were asking him if I could "throw it". What does this mean? and are the any videos that I could use as reference? Please help!

Yes you're right, "throwing it" refers to you "back-side" as you put it. Throwing it is when a girl pops her behind so far that it seems like she is "throwing it". As far as the video thing, I don't know.....ummmmm just watch a rapper's video. I'm sure they would show you something.

I think I agree with the rock throwing thing. If a guy asked me that i would do that too. Why do they want to know if they can "throw it". I feel that a question like that is quite disrespectful

I would have to agree that to 'throw it' is to pop your tucus out as an isolation, to see this you could watch a Jannet Jackson, J-Lo, or Brittney spears (though I wouldn't!!!!)

Even watching Dirty Dancing (the original, I love it!!) in the scene where Baby goes and see's all the workers of the camp dance.

To work on it I would work on isolation and lower back strength. sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor infront of you and with your bottom firmly on the seat lean your torso to the sides and front (and arch your back!!), but keep your meat in the seat!

Hope this helped!

I would carry around a pocket of rocks. Then, when someone tells me to "throw it" I would break out a rock and throw it!
