If so how much productive time per day do you think you waste?
I do and I'd guess about 2 hrs per day :D

As its quiet at the moiment some days I am on it for 7 hours.

Yes - I'd say that I waste (or keep myself amused depending on which way you look at it) about 2-3 hours a day.

Anyway, I evaluate the work I have done during the day, each evening, so I try to be honest. I'm paid per hour work done, after all.

Yes I do. As a matter of fact, I'm probably going to get fired because of it.
I can't seem to stop. I average at least 3 hours at work, & then more at home. Kids? What kids? Go fix your own dinner!
