It probably depends on which language is your first. Mine is English and I found Russian to be the easiest. It is pretty straight forward with simple rules compared to the others.

French then German. Japanese and russian is not just about the language but the texts. Not me!

It depends on what's your first language.
It it's English, then I think it would be French.

In French nouns have only 2 genders, masculine and feminine
In German nouns have 3 genders (knife, for and spoon each are a different gender...crazy!)
In Russian and Japanese, besides learning the language, you have to learn a new writing system.

I think French because their language is closely associated with some of the English words today. Japanese is hard because you have to learn the alphabet all over again.

Any thing is easier than english I am learning how to speak french an it seems quite easy.

I think German because it near Swedish little , then i think German because we have some same words like.

if you speak English at a intermediate level or it's your native tongue it' definitely German the easiest
