Millions of years... wow. Well I definitely think it will benefit us to get smaller, since many animals who were large have gone extinct because of high metabolic demands in times of a food shortage. I also think we will have lost our pinkies and pinky toes, or that they will look very different from how they look today. Nobody will have wisdom teeth anymore. I wonder if we'll even have hair anymore... especially if the earth starts to get really hot. Our lungs will probably get bigger to deal with the atmosphere and pollution. We'll have filters or something, in our nose, maybe a membrane to block impurities.... though it may become infected. I do think sometimes that the intellectuals and smarter ones will die out because they have less children than the uneducated... so I hope that does not happen, but it very well may... and we may never be as smart as we are now because of that.

We'll probably look like ET.

Well, asuming that evolution is based on natural selection, humans will be more beautiful than now. The more attractive a person, the more likely they are to find a partner, therfore, the more likely they are to reproduce.
They will also have skinny fingers that can operate keyboards efficiently and will develop a new gland that can sense sub-woofer music without having to call it music.

Like E.T. maybe?

Seriously, no way to know. Depends on what selective pressures we face over the next million years. If the trend is to have no limbs and be more like snakes, then snakes it is. If it'll be advantageous to be really tall, then hello yao ming.

And that's if we survive the next millenium. That's one fat IF.

you cannot predict this ... because a living organism evolvs to adapt to some environment or situation in which it is living ... its something like ecoli which needs lactose to grow but when it is grown in a medium containing glucose it adapts to its surroundings and starts using glucose... man will evolve only according to what he leaves for the future generations...

I am not sure, it depends what biological factors that oppress human life pop up.
