I know you can recycle cereal boxes, aren't they similar to the hard packs that cigarettes come in??

I would think it's more related to your area so I would start off by calling your municipal waste authority and ask them. I think I'm more concerened with reversing the theory. Re Cycle clean air,,, through your Lungs.

Second to that would be NOT buy cigarettes, and allow the recycling to begin long before the substance of any cigarette pack is produced.
