It doesn't happen very often but when it does he is in a lot of pain. Do you know what this could be (it's been happening for a long time). I've told him to go to the doctor but he just says it's nothing to worry about (male talk for hopefully she'll stop going on about it).

I get it too occasionally. Exquisitely painful. It's been happening every few months since I was 16. Goes away later.

Used to cycle alot then, also into dirt bikes and had a road bike too. I've always thought it was due to that.

But sorry, I have NO idea what it is.

Depending on your fiances age, he is in the high risk group for testicular carcinoma. Could also be episodic torsion, or even chronic epididimitis.

It's best he goes to see a doctor!

Oh, the reason I'm answering, is:

Could you let me know what the doc says?

thanks.

Could he be passing a kidney stone? Is the pain only in the genitalia or does it have an origin inside his body. Some people don't quite feel the stone form in their kidney but they certainly feel it coming down the pipe. On a tee hee level, maybe you need to stop kneeing him in the nuts - - - yes, I know that was rude but my sense of humor forced me to say it - - -whatever the case your B/F should consult a doctor. He could also have a cyst and that can get real nasty even infected and worse. Good luck.
